• Check-in time is starting at 3 pm. Check-out until 12 am
• Kindly leave your car on the designed parking place after deloading it
• Please fill the registration form upon your arrival (Tourim Act §24)
• Smoking is allowed only in outside areas marked with a special sign. Never throw the cigarett on the ground! Use the ash tray
• Should an accident happen and something gets broken, please tell us immediately, so we can easily regulate and possibly replace the damage on the spot
• Pets are not allowed
• Guests using our facilities and equipment are responsible for leaving it in good shape after their stay 
• We reserve the right to ask for a deposit prior to using a service

Terms and conditions for booking

• It is possible to book the whole complex
• You must be at least 21 years of age to sign the Kivimaa holiday complex rental agreement
• Alla 18-aastastel isikutel palume puhketalu broneerida ja kasutada ainult koos täiskasvanuga, kellel vanust vähemalt 21 aastat
• For individuals under 18 years of age we kindly ask to book and use our accommodation accompanied by an adult who is at least 21 years old
• Please pay the invoice within 3 calendar days
• The booking will be confirmed once the reservation fee has been paid according to the invoice
• The total amount has to be paid in full if the booking is made less than 14 calendar days prior to the start time of Your stay
• By paying the reservation fee You agree to the terms and conditions for booking

The terms of changing, cancelling and refunding bookings

• If it is possible, we can change Your booking in agreement with You
• Please let us know in advance if You wish to cancel Your booking
• 100% of the reservation fee will be refunded if You cancel Your booking up to 20 days prior to Your stay
• 50% of the reservation fee will be refunded if You cancel Your booking up to 15 days prior to Your stay
• If You cancel Your reservation less than 15 days prior to Your stay, we can’t issue You a refund
